Pay monthly for your electrical system
We are now able to offer a range of finance options. We are able to do this as we are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under FRN 980656.
Borrowing limits and deposits
You can borrow between £450 to £15,000 on orders from £700 up to £33,000. The deposit is equal to the monthly payment amount, and will be due the day the financing is approved.

We have included an example within each of the options below to detail exactly how much would be payable in terms of interest and total purchase cost. The example is based on a total order value of £3,000.

- You are not able to use a discount code when paying with a financing option.
- We have no control over who does and does not get accepted for financing options.

Financing eligibility
- You must over 18 years old
- You must be a UK Resident
- You must have a valid UK based debit card to be accepted by Payment Assist for finance. Credit cards and certain debit cards are not allowed, these include prepaid debit cards and cards that do not allow continuous payments to be set up.
- Should you be in an IVA, we will need some additional information from you to assess your application, including a letter from the IVA company confirming that you are allowed to take out this finance and personal bank statements.
- Finance approved subject to a successful credit check.
- Please ensure any finance you take is affordable and be aware how missed payments can effect your credit rating as well as incur additional charges.
Payment Assist Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and entered on the Financial Services Register under firm registration number 622544.
For loans above the £3,000 limit, below is a checklist of all information Payment Assist require from the customer before passing to a manager for approval of the loan:
- Detail of Income and Expenditure
- Bank statement dated within the last 60 days (showing wages going in)
- Partner’s payslip dated within the last 30 days
Please note that for plans of £3,000 or above, we require the an income and expenditure form to be completed and other requirements sent before a credit check can be approved.

Payment Assist’s welcome pack is emailed to the email address you entered in your application. Your welcome pack, which contains your loan agreement along with all the regulatory paperwork is sent within 3-5 working days of the goods or services being delivered by your retailer.
