150W Reinforced Semi-Flexible Solar Panel – Monocrystalline 12V Panel

This durable, semi-flexible 150w 12v solar panel features fiberglass reinforcement and a strong ETFE surface. It’s made from efficient monocrystalline solar cells. Designed for permanent outdoor use, this 150W panel is perfect for charging 12V batteries. It powers motorhomes, caravans, campers, boats, solar lighting systems, off-grid setups, and backup solar power systems. The panel also directly supplies power for applications not sensitive to voltage changes, like electric motors or pumps. It suits various grid-tie applications as well.

Strong ETFE coating

This 150W semi-flexible solar panel has a surface made of ETFE material, reinforced with fiberglass for added durability. The ETFE coating extends the panel’s service life compared to standard semi-flexible panels. This design resists cracking, delamination, and corrosion, making it highly durable. The lightly textured coating creates an anti-reflective surface that absorbs more light, boosting efficiency. ETFE’s durability and high-temperature resistance make it a top choice for demanding applications, like the Eden Project in Cornwall.

High quality 9-busbar solar cells

The panel uses new generation 9-busbar solar cells, which are more efficient than the 2, 3, 4, or 5 busbar cells found in most other panels. These cells extract more power from the same surface area. As a result, the panel has a smaller overall size, ideal for limited spaces.

Anti-reflective textured surface

The panel’s textured surface minimizes light reflection while maximising light absorption from all angles. This design ensures high performance in low light, cloudy conditions, and when the light falls at an angle, such as in the morning or evening.

Ease of connectivity

The panel includes 2 x 1m of cable designed specifically for solar panels. The 6mm² cross-section supports high currents with minimal power loss. The waterproof MC4 connectors simplify connectivity to your existing system. You can easily link several panels together or connect them to a 4mm² extension cable.
