Blue Sea 50A Circuit Breaker – Large waterproof circuit breaker

The Blue Sea 50A circuit breaker emphasises clarity and simplicity, acting as an unambiguous and easy to operate safety feature.

The large yellow lever provides a clear indication of the trip status. This indicator also acts as a switch, for when you want to turn the power back on. The device is a ‘trip free’ design, and won’t allow you to hold in the ‘ON’ position when there is a fault. Note that you shouldn’t use this circuit breaker as a switch where you expect high inrush currents.

The device is waterproof, and the terminal studs have a large clearance so you can attach heavy gauge wire lugs. The terminals themselves are robust 5/16 M8 format, providing a secure, high-torque connection. Finally, the circuit breaker is ignition protected, making it safe for use on gasoline powered boats.
