Nohma Affiliate Programme – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

By joining the Nohma Affiliate Programme (“the Programme”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline how commission is earned, eligibility requirements, and the responsibilities of affiliates.

2. Commission structure

Affiliates earn a commission for every full Nohma electrical system sold through their unique referral link:

Standard commission:

• £100 per full electrical system (minimum order value of £2,000 GBP).
• $120 per full electrical system (minimum order value of $3,000 USD).

Commission will only be paid if:

• The referred customer completes their purchase and payment in full.
• The system meets the minimum qualifying value (£2,000 GBP / $3,000 USD).
• A commission is only payable if the referred customer submits an enquiry within 14 days of clicking the affiliate link.
• The sale occurs within 6 months of submitting an enquiry.

Commission will not be paid if:

• The referred customer cancels, returns, or does not complete payment.
• The referral is a repeat customer (only valid for first-time purchases).
• The referral is for yourself or an immediate family member.
• If a customer pays in phases and does not pay for all three system phases.

3. Payment terms

• Commission is paid quarterly (every three months).
• Payments are made via bank transfer within 30 days of the end of the commission quarter.
• The commission rate is determined by your country of residence. If you are based in the UK, you will receive £100 per qualifying commission payment, regardless of the location of the referred customer. If you are based in the US, the commission will be $120.
• There is no cap on earnings – affiliates can refer unlimited customers.
• If a system is delivered in phases, commission is only paid after the final phase is completed and fully paid for.

4. Affiliate responsibilities & advertising guidelines

As a Nohma affiliate, you represent the Nohma brand. To ensure fair and ethical promotion:

• You must not make misleading claims about Nohma products.
• All promotional content must be accurate, transparent, and in line with Nohma’s values.
• You must not engage in false advertising, spam, or deceptive marketing tactics.
• Failure to comply may result in termination from the Programme and forfeiture of unpaid commission.

5. Additional terms for international affiliates

• Affiliates in the United States or other international locations will receive payments in the equivalent local currency, subject to exchange rates and processing fees.
• If local tax regulations require, affiliates are responsible for declaring earnings and handling tax obligations.

6. Changes to the programme

Nohma reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Programme at any time. Notice of significant changes will be provided where possible.
