Upgrade your van’s insulation with our all-in-one kit, designed to keep your van interior warm and energy-efficient, designed for easy installation. Perfect for camper van conversions, each kit provides essential layers for your insulation stack, keeping you comfortable wherever the road takes you. Available in Small, Medium, or Large to suit any van size.

What’s included?

Sound deadening sheets: Reduce road noise in your campervan, simply apply them to the interior walls of your van before insulating to minimise unwanted vibrations & structural noise.

SupaSoft insulation: Crafted from 100% recycled materials, this eco-friendly layer perfectly fills areas unsuitable for PIR boards.

Self-adhesive bubble foil insulation: Serves as an effective vapour barrier, ideal for camper vans and other converted vehicles where indoor activities like cooking, breathing, and sleeping produce moisture. It prevents condensation from seeping into walls/layers of insulation.

Foil tape: Ensure a durable seal for your vapour barrier with our high-quality foil tape, keeping every layer secure.

Kit quantities are estimated based on common van sizes. Our kits do not include floor insulation, as we recommend using PIR insulation board. If you’re building a bulkhead, add 1 x roll of SupaSoft, 1 x bubble foil, and 1 x foil tape for full coverage.

• 5 x 50mm thick 10m roll of Supasoft insulation
• 2 x rolls of self-adhesive bubble foil insulation
• 30 x sheets of sound deadening
• 2 x foil tape

Suitable for: Mercedes Sprinter SWB & MWB, Ford Transit SWB, MWB & LWB, Fiat Ducato SWB & MWB, Vauxhall Vivaro & Renault Trafic LWB

Large insulation kit – Ideal for larger builds

• 7 x 50mm thick 10m roll of Supasoft insulation
• 3 x  rolls of self-adhesive bubble foil insulation
• 40 x sheets of sound deadening
• 2 x foil tape

Suitable for: Mercedes Sprinter LWB & XLWB, Fiat Ducato LWB & XLWB, VW Crafter LWB & XLWB
