Dometic CFX5 25 - Compressor Cool Box - 25L Portable Fridge Freezer
The Dometic CFX5 25 is a compact 25L compressor cool box designed for keeping food and drinks chilled or frozen whilst travelling. Its portable size makes it well suited to campervans, motorhomes, cars and day trips where you need reliable refrigeration without taking up too much space.
The CFX5 25 can operate as either a fridge or freezer, with an adjustable temperature range from +20°C down to -22°C. It can be powered from a 12V or 24V DC electrical system, or connected to a 110-240V AC supply when mains power is available.

Power consumption
The Dometic CFX5 25 has a rated current draw of 9.2A at 12V or 4.2A at 24V. When planning an off-grid electrical system, actual daily energy consumption will vary depending on factors such as the selected temperature, ambient temperature, how frequently the lid is opened and the temperature of the food and drinks placed inside.

Efficient insulation and cooling
The CFX5 25 uses Vacuum Insulated Panels to reduce heat transfer through the walls of the cool box. Combined with Dometic's variable-speed compressor and an extended evaporator around the internal walls, this helps maintain an even temperature whilst reducing unnecessary compressor operation.
Smartphone temperature control
The Dometic Mobile Cooling app allows you to control the CFX5 25 remotely, monitor its internal temperature and track energy consumption. The app can also provide alerts if the lid is left open and stores temperature and power-use history for later reference.
Compact 25L portable storage
The 25L interior can hold up to 40 x 330ml cans and five 1.5L bottles. A removable wire divider helps organise food and drinks, whilst self-folding aluminium alloy handles make the unit easier to lift and transport.
The CFX5 25 measures 342mm wide, 569mm deep and 420mm high including the handles, and weighs 15.8kg.
