Dometic RCS10.5T – Compressor Fridge – 83L Fridge Freezer
The Dometic RCS10.5T is a compact 12V compressor fridge freezer designed specifically for campervans and motorhomes where space is limited. Its under counter design incorporates a wheel arch cut-out, allowing you to make practical use of space that might otherwise be wasted.
With the removable freezer compartment taken out, the RCS10.5T provides up to 83L of refrigerator space. With the freezer fitted, it offers 69.1L of fridge storage alongside a 9.2L frozen compartment. The double hinged door can be opened from either the left or right without changing the hinges, making it easier to integrate into different vehicle layouts.

Designed around the wheel arch
The RCS10.5T is shaped specifically for installations where a conventional rectangular fridge would waste valuable space. Its wheel arch cut-out allows the cabinet to fit over the vehicle wheel housing, making it particularly useful in compact campervan conversions where every centimetre of storage matters.
Flexible fridge and freezer storage
The removable 9.2L freezer compartment gives you flexibility depending on the type of trip you're planning. Keep it installed when you need separate frozen storage, or remove it to increase the available refrigerator capacity to 83L.
Two slim crisper drawers provide dedicated storage for fruit and vegetables, whilst the main fridge compartment can be arranged around bottles, containers and everyday food.
Power consumption
The Dometic RCS10.5T has an average power input of approximately 50W. In Performance mode, Dometic specifies energy consumption of around 0.42kWh per 24 hours, equivalent to approximately 35Ah per day from a 12V battery system.
If you're calculating the battery capacity required to run your fridge alongside the other loads in your campervan or motorhome, you can use our free electrical system design service for help specifying your system.
Quiet compressor refrigeration
The compressor system provides reliable cooling and freezing whilst travelling, including in warmer conditions. Depending on the installation and operating mode, Dometic specifies noise levels as low as 38dB(A) in Quiet mode, making the RCS10.5T suitable for use in compact living spaces.
The fridge measures approximately 821mm high, 523mm wide and 555mm deep, with a weight of around 24.5kg.
