M5 rubber well nuts – for installing solar panels
Made from soft neoprene rubber with a bonded brass thread insert, M5 well nuts are a reliable, vibration-resistant fastening solution for cavity walls, fairings, screens, and other hollow materials. The M5 well nuts are provided with rubber washers and BZP 25mm allan bolts.
Whether you’re fitting out a camper or replacing a fairing on a motorcycle, they’ll hold firm and stay put.

Using well nuts to mount your solar panels with a mechanical connection
Attaching solar panels with a mechanical connection ensures they are securely fixed in place. However, it can also be susceptible to water ingress. To prevent this, we recommend using well nuts to form a watertight connection. It is important to test each hole for leaks to ensure a secure and long-lasting connection.
Use a 9mm drillbit to attach the well nuts.
