Dometic CoolAir RT-IK - Universal installation kit 1 - screw fastening
The Dometic CoolAir RT-IK universal installation kit 1 mounts a CoolAir RT780 parking cooler or SP950T roof evaporator using screw fastening and existing mounting points.
For an existing roof hatch
This kit is designed for vehicles with an existing roof window or ventilation hatch. It mounts the cooler in place of the roof hatch, using the existing opening. The SP950T is the roof evaporator for the split SP950 system and operates with a separate SP950C compressor unit.
Roof slope and clearance
The roof slope at the mounting surface must not exceed 8° in the direction of travel. Keep the external ventilation openings unobstructed, with at least 100mm clearance from other roof attachments.
