EasySolar-II 48/3000 – 3-in-1 charge controller, inverter/charger, and GX device
The EasySolar-II 48/3000 combines an MPPT solar charge controller, an inverter/charger, and a smart control hub in a single device. This makes for an all-in-one solar power solution, greatly minimising the amount of wiring you have to do. The GX device that sits at the heart of the system provides monitoring and operates as the control centre for your electrical system.
SmartSolar MPPT Charge Controller
The EasySolar-II 48/3000 integrates a SmartSolar charge controller, wired in parallel with the inverter/charger. SmartSolar charge controllers intelligently collect energy from the sun and convert it into power for your electrical system. Using the latest, fastest technology, SmartSolar optimises this energy harvest, intelligently achieving full charge in the shortest possible time. Multiplus-II Inverter/charger
The EasySolar-II 48/3000 also integrates a Multiplus-II inverter/charger. The MultiPlus-II is a powerful pure sine wave inverter and sophisticated battery charger in one. It converts 48V DC power from your leisure batteries to 230V AC power. This allows you to run up to 3000VA of domestic appliances when off-grid. When connected to hookup, the Multiplus powers mains power appliances directly from the hookup, and recharges your leisure batteries. When you disconnect the hookup, the MultiPlus-II will automatically switch to powering any mains appliances from your leisure batteries. This removes the need to manually switch power sources. GX Device
GX products are Victron’s state-of-the-art monitoring solution. The GX device lies at the heart of the system – providing monitoring, and operating as the communication-centre of your system. All the other system components of the EasySolar-II device, as well as your batteries, connect to it. Monitoring can be carried out locally and remotely – via the free-to-use Victron Remote Management app and computer program (VRM). The GX-device also provides remote firmware updates and allows inverter/charger settings to be changed remotely.
