Scanstrut Roam - Quick-Connect Hot/Cold Water Outlet - SC-R-W3
The Scanstrut Roam Quick-Connect Hot/Cold Water Outlet adds an external shower and rinse point to your campervan, with separate hot and cold feeds and a mixer for controlling both temperature and flow. It is supplied with a 3m coiled PU hose and a stainless steel shower / sprayer head with a locking flow switch and adjustable spray pattern.
The satin-brushed 316 stainless steel mixer uses a ceramic cartridge. At the rear are two M10 x 1.00 monobloc-style hot and cold water feed ports, whilst the external hose connects through a nickel-plated brass quick-connect coupling. Maximum water system pressure is 8 bar.
Scanstrut quotes a shallow installation depth of around 70mm and describes the unit as an ultra-shallow design with the most compact mixer available. Materials in contact with water include stainless steel, lead-free nickel-plated brass, ceramic and PU, with Scanstrut stating that the drinking water-contact materials meet NSF / ANSI 61 and WRAS requirements.
